Datin Wira Kym Sit is the Group President of First Pavilion Capital and Principal of First Pavilion Capital, where she provides strategic leadership across the Group’s growth initiatives, cross-border capital activities, institutional partnerships, and investment activities.
With experience spanning property, finance, investment, and capital markets, she is actively involved in private equity, venture capital, regulated investment management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fintech infrastructure, and cross-border capital solutions.
Her focus is on building an integrated Cross-Border Capital Ecosystem that connects entrepreneurs, deal sponsors, family offices, financial institutions, and strategic investors with regulated investment management infrastructure and institutional-grade capital solutions.
Under her leadership, the Group’s strategic activities encompass regulated investment management platforms and fund infrastructure, proprietary PE and VC investments, capital and investment structuring, M&A and strategic advisory, as well as fintech platform development and financial services infrastructure.
She is also involved in identifying and developing strategic opportunities involving regulated financial and fintech entities, with a focus on value creation through restructuring, technology integration, commercialisation, strategic partnerships, and regional expansion.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Datin Wira Kym Sit is committed to creating sustainable social impact through initiatives that combine business with community development.
She founded the LED Billboard Scholarship Initiative — “Every Ad Funds a Future”, a social-impact model that channels a portion of advertising revenue from LED billboard campaigns towards education and scholarship opportunities for underprivileged students. The initiative reflects her belief that commercial platforms can create both economic value and meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
As Chairman of Persatuan Wanita Prihatin Cheras, she also supports initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, single mothers, orphanages, education, and community welfare.

With extensive expertise in strategic management, corporate leadership, capital markets, and business development, he plays a key role in driving the firm's growth and strategic initiatives. Known for his results-driven approach and commitment to innovation, Mr. Maurice Wee leverages data-driven insights, technology, and industry expertise to support informed decision-making and sustainable value creation.
Beginning his career in Capital Markets, Mr. Maurice Wee progressed to Vice President roles at DBS Bank Singapore and Maybank Investment Bank. He subsequently co-acquired and led Satang Corporation, a licensed Digital Asset Exchange in Thailand, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and market expansion. His ability to navigate complex market dynamics and anticipate industry trends has been a defining feature of his career.
Mr. Maurice Wee's achievements include leading business development initiatives with transactional values exceeding USD 500 million annually and securing major partnerships with DBS Bank, JP Morgan, and Binance. He has completed multiple M&A transactions valued at over USD 200 million and negotiated the sale of a Digital Asset Exchange to Kasikorn Bank, demonstrating his ability to execute complex transactions and drive strategic growth.

With a successful track record, he has been involved in Pre-IPO, RTO, M&A, divestiture, corporate restructuring, and debt transactions throughout his corporate career. His leadership experience extends to serving on the boards of various private and publicly listed companies in both Malaysia and Singapore.
In his capacity as a Director, Datuk Yap provides strategic insights and guidance to support the firm's continued growth and development. His extensive corporate experience and industry knowledge contribute to the firm's strategic direction and pursuit of its corporate objectives.
Datuk Yap obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Mr. Lau is a Director of the firm, bringing with him an extensive career spanning 31 years in the corporate sector, including approximately 20 years of experience with investment banks and stockbroking firms. He currently serves on the boards of publicly listed companies in Malaysia.
Mr. Lau's primary focus lies in advisory roles involving Pre-IPO, IPO, RTO, M&A, general offers, and corporate fundraising, drawing on his extensive experience in the capital markets of Malaysia and Singapore.
Mr. Lau earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan Technological University and completed his Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin, United States.

Ms Mandy is a finance professional with over fifteen (15) years of experience across banking, treasury, financial control, and investment research. She has completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC). Ms Mandy began her career in fund accounting at HSBC (Malaysia) Trustee Berhad, progressing into equity research at MIMB Investment Bank Berhad where she focused on financial analysis, valuation modelling and investment research.

Edmond graduated from the University of Singapore in 1976 with an LLB (Hons). His illustrious legal career spans more than 40 years and includes work experience in the Singapore Legal Service as well as in private practice.
Edmond was a former Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers. He was also a District Judge in the then Subordinate Courts. Edmond joined private practice in 1988 and is a senior member of the criminal bar. He has served as a Council Member in the Law Society of Singapore and was the Chairman of the Law Society’s Criminal Practice Committee from 2000 to 2005. He was a member of the Law Society’s Inquiry Panel from 2001 to July 2004 and a member of the Board of Legal Education (now known as the Singapore Institute of Legal Education) from 2006 to September 2008.
Edmond has an active practice in Civil and Criminal Litigation. He has been involved in several high profile civil and criminal cases. He handles a broad spectrum of cases ranging from Administrative Law, Sports Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Conveyancing and maritime related work for large business and public listed companies. He has also represented several parties in disciplinary hearings in the Singapore Law Society, Singapore Medical Council, and the Board of Architects Singapore
He is appointed as Lead Counsel under the Legal Assistance for Capital Offences (LASCO) panel of the Supreme Court of Singapore and Assigned Counsel under the Legal Aid Bureau (LAB). YBhg. Dato’ Sri Dr. Wee Jeck Seng is a seasoned Malaysian politician and public servant, currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Tanjung Piai, Johor. Born in Pontian, Johor, he holds a Doctorate in Public Management and a Master’s in Public Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, alongside a Business Management degree from Sunderland University, UK.
Dr. Wee brings over two decades of parliamentary and governmental experience. He has held multiple high-profile positions, including Deputy Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities (2020–2022) and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports (2008–2010). His leadership extended to roles such as Chairman of the Malaysian Timber Council, Labuan Port Authority, and various parliamentary and party committees.
Within the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), Dr. Wee has risen through the ranks, currently serving as Vice President and previously as Deputy Secretary General. His influence spans both state and national levels, where he has contributed significantly to policymaking, parliamentary reform, and constituency development.
Beyond politics, Dr. Wee is actively involved in community-building through advisory roles in youth, cultural, and business organizations. His dedication to service has been recognized with multiple national honors, including the SSAP, DMSM, and honorary commissioner titles.
Known for his steady leadership and grassroots engagement, Dr. Wee remains committed to public service and national progress.
